There are no surprises at Fogo de Chão ; the price is fixed for adults, between $34 and $52 (2018) depending on the time of day, half price for children 7 to 12 years old, free for children under 7. Your meal includes the market table (salad bar), meats and side dishes to share.

And, when churrasco is being served, the skewer never so much as touches the tip of the service plate. Of course, if you truly enjoyed your dining experience or find yourself at a higher-end restaurant, there’s no harm in tipping well above the going rate.
Use Only the Best Fogo uses 100% Black Angus beef and only cuts that they consider to be the best. American favorites like ribeye and filet mignon are offered, but so are Brazilian specialties like fraldinha (flank + skirt combined) and picanha (prime sirloin ).
Lunch at Fogo de Chao in 2019 is $39.95 per person (with a slight discount on weekdays) and $28.95 for just the salad bar. If you’re dining at dinner, expect to pay $54.95 for the entire meal. The price for the dinner salad bar alone is also $29.95. Children 6 and under are free.
We offer valet parking Thursday – Sunday from 5:00 pm until close for $12. Valet parking is available at our Hennepin Ave entrance.
The salad bar does have cold seafood , all you can eat. Items like shrimp you have to peel. There are other seafood choices on the salad bar also.

Market Table is a huge salad and antipasti bar. The Market Table includes fresh seasonal salads, exotic vegetables, imported cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, Fogo feijoada (traditional black bean stew with sausage) served with rice, fresh orange and farofa (baked yucca flour with bacon), seasonal soup, and more.
