Blue Bayou Restaurant
You have to pay to get into Disneyland to eat at any of the restaurants in the park. Other options would be to eat at restaurants in Downtown Disney. No tickets required there.
Club 33 is a secret five-star restaurant that the regular public cannot access. There are only two ways to get into Club 33 : being an exclusive member, or being invited by one. Membership costs up to $100,000 annually, with a reported $12,500 to $30,000 in additional annual fees.
There’s really one reason to visit Blue Bayou , and that’s for the atmosphere. The food wasn’t bad (and I admit that it’s not the sort of food that I really enjoy), but I don’t think it’s worth the price on its own. However, the atmosphere is very nice, and the server we had was excellent, and for me, that’s enough.
Blue Bayou is located in New Orleans Square. Its romantic seating overlooks part of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. It’s always evening in there no matter what time you dine. Carnation Café on Main Street does take reservations for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but they also accept walk – ins if there is availability.
That said, if you want to dine at Blue Bayou during a holiday or very busy period, you absolutely need to plan ahead. It isn’t the toughest reservation at Disneyland to get, but it is one of the toughest few. If you can’t get a Blue Bayou reservation , all hope is not lost.
Jenny, the Blue Bayou does not serve alcohol . Only California Adventure’s restaurants sell alcohol .
You must have park admission ( park ticket ) to eat at a restaurant within a Disney theme park . Disney will not permit you into their theme park for a dining reservation without a park ticket .
The price for everything with about four hours inside after park closing is close to $50,000.00 . You can rent entire lands such as Adventureland for around $250,000.00 and up”. Keep in mind, the $50k is just for one ride.
Disneyland offers a Disney Dining Plan called “ Dining in the Magic,” but it’s absolutely nothing like Walt Disney World’s meal plan . Dine in the Magic includes two (2) meals and one (1) snack per number of days selected, including dining with your favorite Disney Characters.”

Disney California Adventure has served alcohol since it opened in 2001, but Disneyland remains booze-free in public areas of the park.
If avoiding crowds is your number one goal, these are the least busy windows at Disneyland: First full week of January through the middle of February . Third Tuesday of February to mid- March (when spring break starts for many schools) Mid- April through the third week of May.
