The Eiffel Tower is definitely worth your time however the restaurant is not. The food is very very average. In my opinion the food should be mind blowing considering it is being served from the countries most recognizable feature. There are plenty of cafes serving superior food.
its super expensive . everything is a la Carte.

Le Jules Verne is amazing! If you do one fancy meal in Paris do it here! 5 star treatment from the get go and the food was mind blowing. It’s very expensive, but so worth it for the once in a lifetime experience.
Visiting time to the Eiffel Tower is not limited. However we recommend that you plan sufficient visiting time at the end of the evening (i.e. around 1 1/2 hours for a visit to the 2nd floor and 1st floor and 2 1/2 hours for a full visit up to the top).
Beefbar Paris – a historic restaurant near the Champs Elysées. Astair – brasserie fare in an Art Nouveau passage. Jòia – hearty south-western French food in trendy Sentier. Girafe – where dining comes with killer Eiffel Tower views. L’Abysse – where French and Japanese talent come together near the Champs Elysées.
You can wear jeans , if they are discreet, dark and well cut, but not in the evening, and not with a tee shirt and sneakers – you would look too casual. Most nightclubs won’t allow you in if you’re wearing sneakers and jeans . Don’t be afraid to get creative with your Parisian outfit and dress up a little!
